A musical documentary about Chicago's vibrant free improv scene. Embarked by the French-American association The Bridge, Joachim Florent (double bass) and Denis Fournier (drums) meet with Jeff Parker (guitar) and Marquis Hill (trumpet), with whom they have chosen to form Escape Lane, an improvising ensemble destined to perform on both sides of the Atlantic.
